Julie is a work based learning specialist, trainer and consultant with over 25 years’ experience. She works with organisations to develop support materials for Apprenticeship Standards and End Point Assessment and to deliver the appropriate qualifications in each area.
She has worked with many organisations such as Whitbread (Premier Inn & Costa Coffee), Screwfix, Avon & Somerset Police, Gloucestershire Police, RAF, Kent Fire & Rescue, Eurocamp and Thomas Cook to name a few.
Julie has many successful candidates who are now fully qualified practising assessors, IQAs, EQAs and trainers and works nationally.
A seasoned training professional with many years’ experience in the TAQA/Education & Training, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration and Customer Service sectors. Marianne continues to update her skills and has recently achieved the End Point Assessor Award.
Marianne has been an EV/EQA with City & Guilds for 23 years, and is a founder Director of Enable Assessment, after many years as the Approved Centre Manager with the Travel Training Company/TTC, previously the ABTA National Training Board.
She has worked with prestigious companies such as the Ministry of Defence, Gillette/Procter & Gamble, British Airways, Newbury and Richmond Colleges, Laser Awards, West Berkshire Training Consortium, Collage Arts and The Skills Partnership, to name a few, where she has delivered training, assessment and internal verification. Based in the south-east of England, she is within easy reach of London.
